SkyResume operates the SkyResume web platform and mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our services.

  • a. Personal Information: Full name, Email address, Phone number and Profile information (including information provided via Facebook Login)
  • b. Resume Information: Education history, Work experience, Skills and certifications and any other content you input into your resume
  • c. Payment Information: When you make payments on SkyResume, payment details are processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not store full card details on our servers.
  • d. Technical Information: IP address, Device type, Browser type and Usage data

2) How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: Create and manage user accounts, Generate and store resumes, Process payments, Provide customer support, Improve our services and Comply with legal obligations

3) Facebook Login

If you register or log in using Facebook, we may receive certain profile information such as your name and email address in accordance with Facebook’s permissions and policies.

4) Data Sharing

We may share user information with trusted third-party service providers strictly for: Payment processing, Hosting and server management, Technical support and Analytics. We do not sell users’ personal information.
