1) Information We Collect

We may collect the following information:

• a. Personal Information: Full name, Email address, Phone number and Profile information (including information provided via Facebook Login or Google Sign-In)
• b. Resume Information: Education history, Work experience, Skills and certifications and any other content you input into your resume
• c. Payment Information: When you make payments on SkyResume, payment details are processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not store full card details on our servers.
• d. Technical Information: IP address, Device type, Browser type and Usage data
• e. Optional Gmail data: If you connect Gmail on Apply profile, we receive read-only access to message metadata and bodies solely to find employer security-code emails for job applications you start

2) How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: Create and manage user accounts, Generate and store resumes, Process payments, Provide customer support, Improve our services, Optionally complete employer email-verification codes during auto-apply when you connect Gmail, and Comply with legal obligations

3) Facebook Login

If you register or log in using Facebook, we may receive certain profile information such as your name and email address in accordance with Facebook’s permissions and policies.

4) Google Sign-In

If you register or log in using Google, we receive your name and email address to create or authenticate your SkyResume account. Google Sign-In does not request access to Gmail messages.

5) Gmail access (optional, AI Apply)

Connecting Gmail is optional. You connect it later on Apply profile, not at Sign-In. When you choose Connect Gmail, SkyResume requests only Google’s read-only Gmail scope. We cannot send, delete, or modify mail.

• Purpose: read employer emails (for example Greenhouse) that contain an 8-character security code so our apply agent can enter that code on the job application form. If no code is found, you can paste it yourself.
• We do not send, delete, label, or otherwise modify Gmail messages.
• We do not use Gmail content for advertising, selling data, or training unrelated AI models.
• You can disconnect Gmail on Apply profile at any time. You can also revoke SkyResume in your Google Account under Third-party access.
• Deleting your SkyResume account also ends our use of that Gmail connection.

Google user data obtained through Google APIs is used only to provide or improve user-facing features that are prominent in SkyResume, in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6) Data Sharing

We may share user information with trusted third-party service providers strictly for: Payment processing, Hosting and server management, Technical support and Analytics. We do not sell users’ personal information.

7) Data Storage and Security

User data is stored on secure servers. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

8) Data Retention

We retain user data for as long as the account remains active or as necessary to provide our services.

9) User Rights

Access their personal information, Request correction of inaccurate information and Request account deletion. To make such requests, contact: support@skycubeworldwide.org

10) Account and Data Deletion

Users may delete their account within the application settings or request deletion by emailing support@skycubeworldwide.org. Upon verified request, personal data will be deleted within a reasonable timeframe unless legally required to retain it.
