Privacy Policy

1) Information We Collect

We may collect the following information:

• a. Personal Information: Full name, Email address, Phone number and Profile information (including information provided via Facebook Login or Google Sign-In)
• b. Resume Information: Education history, Work experience, Skills and certifications and any other content you input into your resume
• c. Payment Information: When you make payments on SkyResume, payment details are processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not store full card details on our servers.
• d. Technical Information: IP address, Device type, Browser type and Usage data
• e. Apply-email data: Auto-Apply uses a SkyResume apply address. Employer verification emails to that address may be read so security codes can be entered on job forms, and those messages are forwarded to your account email.

2) How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: Create and manage user accounts, Generate and store resumes, Process payments, Provide customer support, Improve our services, Complete employer email-verification codes during auto-apply using a SkyResume apply address, and Comply with legal obligations

3) Facebook Login

If you register or log in using Facebook, we may receive certain profile information such as your name and email address in accordance with Facebook’s permissions and policies.

4) Google Sign-In

If you register or log in using Google, we receive your name and email address to create or authenticate your SkyResume account. Google Sign-In does not request access to Gmail messages.

5) Apply email (AI Apply)

You do not connect Gmail or Outlook. Auto-Apply uses a SkyResume apply address (a plus-alias of our shared mailbox). Employer mail to that address may be read for Greenhouse security codes and forwarded to your SkyResume account email. Resume PDFs still show your own email.

• Purpose: read employer emails (for example Greenhouse) that contain an 8-character security code so our apply agent can enter that code on the job application form. If no code is found, you can paste it yourself.
• Messages to the apply address are forwarded to your account email. We do not use this mail for advertising or selling data.
• We do not use Gmail content for advertising, selling data, or training unrelated AI models.
• Customers never authorize Gmail. Only SkyResume’s shared apply mailbox is connected by an administrator.
• Deleting your SkyResume account stops using your plus-alias for new applications.

Google user data obtained through Google APIs is used only to provide or improve user-facing features that are prominent in SkyResume, in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6) Data Sharing

We may share user information with trusted third-party service providers strictly for: Payment processing, Hosting and server management, Technical support and Analytics. We do not sell users’ personal information.

7) Data Storage and Security

User data is stored on secure servers. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

8) Data Retention

We retain user data for as long as the account remains active or as necessary to provide our services.

9) User Rights

Access their personal information, Request correction of inaccurate information and Request account deletion. To make such requests, contact: support@skycubeworldwide.org

10) Account and Data Deletion

Users may delete their account within the application settings or request deletion by emailing support@skycubeworldwide.org. Upon verified request, personal data will be deleted within a reasonable timeframe unless legally required to retain it.
