Once a free trial converts to a paid subscription, that payment is non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued after a free trial has been used and converted to a paid subscription.
During the free trial
The free trial is not charged today. Cancel before the trial ends if you do not want the subscription to convert. After the trial is used and the subscription is charged, that payment is final.
After the subscription is charged
A charge taken when the free trial converts is the start of the paid subscription. SkyResume does not refund that payment.
Billing questions
Questions about a charge can be sent to support@skycubeworldwide.org. Contacting support does not create a refund after a free trial has converted to a paid subscription.
